About Me
I have completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology which required me to engage in several years of research, comprehensive study and intensive supervision of clinical skills.
I have acquired a considerable amount of experience in working with people of all ages who experience a wide variety of psychological and emotional difficulties in both private and public services in the UK and New Zealand.
To keep my clinical skills current and to the highest standard, I regularly attend national and international conferences & courses.
I am an approved ACC supplier (Southern Lakes Clinic Ltd) and ACC provider for Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) and Psychological Services.
I am trained and experienced in using a variety of psychotherapy models including:

Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Affect-State therapy, +5 years core and advanced training

Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing (EMDR) Accredited Practitioner

Brainspotting (Certified Practitioner)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapy (Level 2 trained)
